The hours you have stated on your unemployment benefit card that you have spent closing your business when you have ceased your business by filling out a sworn statement.

You are not entitled to unemployment benefits - either because you have exhausted your entitlement or have not yet earned it.

You have been quarantined for being unemployed due to your own fault. This means that you have either resigned yourself, or have accepted too short a notice period, or if your resignation is deemed to be your own fault. You may also have been quarantined if you have failed to attend meetings or refused an activity that the job center or we have referred you to during your unemployment. You have requested a service that you are not approved for. This may be because your case has not yet been finalized.

Holidays you have declared to us or the job center.

Holidays where Feriekonto has stated that you have been paid holiday pay.

You have been paid holiday compensation that is lower than your early retirement pay. We will therefore pay you the difference.

We have not received your release certificate within the 5-week deadline. Therefore, you cannot receive unemployment benefits before the date we received your release certificate.

You have stated that you do not want to receive unemployment benefits.

The period of job search in an EEA country is over. Therefore, you cannot receive unemployment benefits until we have documentation that you have returned to Denmark.

You have been deregistered from the job center for the number of hours in question. This could be because you've gone to work or because you haven't confirmed your job search.

You are not entitled to benefits. This could be because you are not unemployed for the entire month or you have exhausted your unemployment benefit entitlement. It could also be that you have been granted the right to unemployment benefits based on your recently completed education and cannot receive benefits for the first month, or there may have been an error on our end. Contact us so we can get it corrected.

Your payment has been reduced by an amount equivalent to one day's unemployment benefit. To avoid the waiting period, you must work more than 148 hours as full-time insured/97 hours as part-time insured within a period of 4 months. Read more about waiting periods.

You are exempt from paying membership fees. You are therefore not entitled to withdrawals.

Your holiday account has indicated that you have been paid holiday pay. If you have not taken vacation, please contact us.

We have no address for you. We are therefore not allowed to pay benefits to you. Contact us and tell us where you are staying. If you do not have a permanent address, please contact the citizen service in your municipality.

We have decided that you are not available for work. See the decision in your Self Service.

You have not submitted the latest half-yearly declaration. See the half-yearly declaration letter in your Self Service.

These are hours for which you cannot receive unemployment benefits due to the minimum payment rule. In order for us to pay you unemployment benefits, we must be able to pay you for at least 14.8 hours (12 hours if you are part-time insured).

You get a pension, which we have to deduct from the benefit.

You have exhausted your right to 30 weeks of supplementary unemployment benefit. Therefore, you cannot receive unemployment benefit for the weeks in which you have worked hours.

You will receive unemployment benefits from us for the first 2 weeks you are sick.

You receive sickness benefit from the municipality or have stated that you are sick later than the first day you were sick.

If your payment specification shows technical occupancy, this is because you have worked or received income in lieu of work during that month and have not been entitled to unemployment benefits for the entire month, or have been excluded from unemployment benefits for part of the month, or have not been available for work for part of the month. We will deduct the technical occupancy, together with, for example, work, from your unemployment benefit for the month in question. You can receive a maximum of 160.33 hours of unemployment benefit (130 hours if you are part-time insured) per month.

You are covered by a waiting period because you have been self-employed as your main occupation up to the first day of unemployment. The waiting period begins the day after your termination date. How long your waiting period lasts depends on how you ceased. See the letter approving your entitlement to benefits in your Self Service.
